It looks like the weather is about to change for a few days and that can only mean rainy days indoors trying to beat the boredom and not resort to TV parenting.
Thankfully though the team at Sainsbury’s are helping me out this week as I am doing a little craft morning with Miss Roo and some friends and they’ve kindly sent us some of their new Sainsbury’s Get Creative craft kits and goodies to go wild with and make some out of this world creations!
Their new range of craft kits, paints and stamps are perfect for little kids who love to get mucky (don’t worry mum’s and dad’s many of the paints are washable) and creative with craft and I know that when I unleash the treasure trove of goodies they have sent us the kids will go wild and the other mum’s and me can have at least 3 cups of coffee in peace (thank you Sainsbury’s).
I particularly love the dinosaur stamps that we can create our own Jurassic adventures and the finger puppets will be great for imaginary play and making up stories. Most of the kits are under the £3 mark making them affordable fun that won’t break the bank.
So how can you join in our #SainsburysGetCreative party ? Well on Wednesday I will be posting up pictures from our craft party using our #tag #sainsburysgetcreative – if you want to be in with winning a bumper box of Sainsbury’s craft goodies all you need to do is to tweet me back with great craft activities you love doing with your kids. It could be finger painting, potato printing, using recyclable materials to make works of art or blowing paint bubbles to make amazing pictures.
Make sure you tag your tweets using the #SainsburysGetCreative tag to qualify and winners will be drawn on Wednesday 14th August at 10pm. The winner will be notified via Twitter and must claim their prize within 7 working days and provide a valid postal address.
