L’Occitaine Hand Creams & Millenium Hotels

l'occitane hand cream review

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels contacted me on Friday and invited me to review a selection of L’Occitane products that are availble in the Millenium & Copthorne Knightsbridge hotel rooms for those lucky couples that get weekends away in plush hotels without the kids attached to them (that used to me!).  I already love L’Occitane hand cream and it is a purchase I miss since becoming a mummy as spending money on hand cream is not an essential, and often I will end up using Miss Roo’s bottom  butter instead to save a few pennies.  That said their hand creams are divine and are one of the few that don’t leave a revolting sticky residue on your hands that make you feel like you’ve been attacked by a pot of grease.

The gift box of L’Occitane hand creams comes in a beautiful presentation tin – that will no doubt become Miss Roo’s as she’s already got her beady eyes on it for treasure storage.  There are three creams in the box; Spring Cherry, Rose Aurore and Dry Skin Hand Cream all in the 30ml tube so perfect for putting in your handbag.

I’ve used all three of the hand creams so far and afterwards my hands feel like they’ve been wrapped in silk fabric and treated to a gorgeous massage.  The Dry Skin Hand Cream has a slightly thicker texture than normal but is absorbed within seconds into the skin making it easy to get back to what you were doing whereas the other two products are a more liquid cream and you don’t need quite as much – so hopefully they’ll last twice as long.

I genuinely loved all three of the L’Occitane Spring Blossom Hand Collection, the cherry one smells particularly gorgeous and has left my hands hydrated and moisturised.

I have never been to the Millennium Knightsbridge before, but they have some fantastic special offers on for Easter family breaks in London right now which are perfect for the spring school holidays.  Families can stay at the Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge, from 29th March – 15th April 2013 and take advantage of this great deal.

The package includes:

  • 1 night stay
  • Full English breakfast
  • Chocolate bunnies for the children
  • Complimentary wifi internet
  • Late check out at 3pm

Also, when you and your family enjoy lunch in the hotel restaurant during your stay, children under 12 will eat for free!

  1. Ohhh how lovely! I adore L’Occitaine goodies and you’re right, they do last well and leave your hands feeling wonderful! I’d take advantage of the hotel’s offer – it’s one of their nicer hotels and anyone staying there comes away feeling very rested and happy (even if you have the kids with you!)
